A reminder of Media Bollocks! 11 Years, 2 Months ago

We tend to forget what total rubbish the media made - and makes - up. This front page from the now defunct and dead News of the World. Can you imagine the prosecutions that would have followed if a single word of truth was contained in it? No; it sank without trace, like the ghastly paper. But the Internet allows us to chuckle at the madness of 14 years ago.

Somebody needs to put this all together in a single written document that answers the question "Why I have such strange beliefs about what I call 'paedohysteria'". A proper, academic-style piece of work that answers the question for anybody interested, even if nobody is.

It's as if we live in a bubble, but the evidence for the existence of the bubble is there if you look closely enough.
