2 days ago I watched with fascination as News Corp Media Manager Sharri Markson gravely claimed on TV that
The Guardian had published a ( Good)story about the current Oz PM's daughter receiving a $60K fashion scholarship, was part of a conspiracy
to drive more readers to their website.
Nothing could have perfectly illustrated how tragic even Rupert Murdoch's newspaper employees have become as circulations plunge ( I no longer give them 5 years, about 3). Rupert's orders to destroy the last Oz PM has backfired badly.
My straw polls amongst my right wing pals show that the way in which he successfully finished off Gillard / Rudd over a 5 week front page campaign has left a sour taste even with them now they've been landed with a 'cretin' PM as one British MP described him.
Former News executive Rodney Lever describes how Murdoch doesn't even like newspapers and how it will all end in tears:

"The big mistake that Rupert Murdoch made in his life, and the one that will likely bring him undone, was his decision to become an American citizen.
When he recited the oath of allegiance, it was almost a death wish. As an American citizen he was now subject to American law."
