in denial as usual : BBC

Lib Dem 193 (-103)
UKIP 90 (+89)
Green 4 (+1)
Let's get a little perspective here, shall we?
With all votes counted, Ukip have -
NO councils (plus NO MPs) = NO POWER ! (just a very large GOB!)
In fact, Ukip projected percentage of the national vote (17%) is actually LOWER than the 23% they achieved in the last Council elections !
A switch of a 100 or so, Council seats is quite normal, and they will soon revert back.
The real doom of course, is in the loony camp !
Silliband is a dead duck - with even his own MPs saying he "looks weird, talks weird and is weird" (something ITK mentioned years ago).
With the Tories on 29% (of projected national vote) they are all set for victory next year.
Of course, the real winner is Nick Clegg - with votes split four ways its even more likely that no one can become PM without him !

Labour would be "disappointed" to be only two points ahead of the Conservatives, he added, a lead down from 4% last year and 7% in 2012.
The Conservatives could be pleased with an increase (to 29%) from 25% share last year

If the Tories lost all their seats - ITK would find a way to explain why!
This is what illogical fanatics do. Ignoring, for instance, the £1b paid in interest on the National Debt - every week!!!
Never was near that - ever before
As usual, no answers from ITK; but, as usual, he will change the subject - because he has zero finance/economic knowledge....

Correct - but the norm.
An OAP who is on the net, probably before the bathroom - but not before watching news channels, so he can send us his interesting news links.
Does he even know what the National Debt is?
Obviously not - but there will be no comment, just an early morning change of subject.

Actually it's the Looney Libs paying the price for ignoring the views of voters.
The Tories are very lucky they're facing the most useless Labour leader since Mr Foot.
as I said- image is everything these days. Foot was intelligent and capable. So is Miliband.
You want effective politicians (image wise) you get Tony Blair and tens of thousands died because of it.
## can someone tell Britain's media that the endless pics of a gormless looking bloke drinking beer in a pub have been overdone and a party which 92% of voters rejected in council elections is not a stunning victory.

Labours debt?
Obviously there was no worldwide recession? And obviously the economic recovery is not worldwide, but a product of pure Tory economic policy lol
more "selective" memory, Pattaya !
WHO was in charge of bank regulation (for three terms !) immediately up to the bank crash?
WHO failed to regulate the banks (and let them follow America giving 125% mortgages to people who shouldn't be allowed to buy a dog kennel)?
WHO has never admitted their mistakes - and even now - want to borrow to pay their way?
... and on the second point, I'm glad you've noticed that the Tory lead recovery is doing well here (and far better than in America, and especially Europe !)

Ed Miliband was left fighting to salvage his public image after a disappointing performance in the local elections which saw members of his own party turn on his leadership.
In a further blow a poll found nearly half of voters considered Mr Miliband to be "weird" and the most likely leader to have been bullied at school.

What have I always said about not being able to understand someone who talks through his nose?
===
Another hung parliament could be on the cards if voters go the same way in 2015, with Sky projections pointing towards Labour falling short by 18 MPs.

With Tory popularity climbing (their vote percentage up from 25% to 29% at the local elections) - and the "protest" voters WILL swing back when it matters ! - five more years is on the cards.

Where Andrew lives in Margate has become a no go area due to crime committed by the countless Slovak Gypos who have moved in the last few years. We've just had the riots Mr Blunket warned of in Sheffield,by the same crowd. My friend who works in a large warehouse in Leicestershire tells me all recruitment has been done by agencies in Poland for the last 10 years, effectively cutting out the locals from the traditional employers.
Farage is the only one actually offering to do something about this.Clegg & Co could just as easily be on another planet, and are paying the price for it.
The worrying thing is that the economic upturn has not seen a swing back to the established parties.Another recession could lead to a disaster in both Europe and Britain.I doubt the Euro could survive another recession like last time, and will attitudes harden here to much more radical levels than a lightly racist Shire Tory cast off called Farage?
