Barrack Obarmy at odds with Congress now ....

All through Syria he kept saying "this is a civil war" ... let's not get involved.

NOW, in Iraq (where there is another civil war) - he wants to join in !

But, what can he do?
Anything that assists one side will alienate the other (and cause consternation throughout the Arab world).

This is what happens when you "set a red line" - then let others walk all over it !

Does anyone really believe this would be happening if Assad had been punished for gassing his own people?

I've said it before - a weak US President is a very dangerous thing.

Here comes WW3.
