GG aka Paul Gadd in court yesterday on more charges. Hardly makes the news this time ! A nice easy target is Mr Gadd, how can he get a fair trial ?

I think if the evidence is there to prove of course he should but after all this time when the should of come forward before so he was tried on level ground so to speak, bit of an easy target like many now.

In terms of bad publicity, Glitter has had 17 years of being Public Enemy Number One so I will be interested to know where these 'victims' have been in that time - The Moon perhaps? Or a Secure Unit? (quite likely if others are anything to go by).
If you apply Rule Of Yewtree to those already convicted of historic crimes such as Gadd or Denning, their slate will never be 'clean' and they will not be allowed to keep their noses clean. There will be no let up.

Interesting how a cartoon baddie who had a film made depicting his execution can have an apparently 'fair trial' for more historic misdemeanours. Suggests to me there is no way these people can turn over that new leaf without being persecuted.

After Davidson, Tarbuck and Starr they dont want to loose face as obviously the alledged victims could not back the stories up with any kind of hard evidence,in yhe case of Denning and Gadd they are going to be guilty of speeding as they have been convicted of such on more than onceand just because you have been speeding more than once you obviously sped again, who would you believe? Mr Gadd, I doubt it so as I have saud before, how can they get a fair trial.
