RH will appeal against all convictions.

Initially, a judge will decide - whether or not - there are sufficient grounds for the appeal to progress.

I would have thought the lengthy sickness/absence of his QC might well assist his claim.

The Judge, Jury & Executioner is not happy.

A fair system allows #RolfHarris the right to apply to appeal conviction. In turn the right decision will be to refuse the appeal

Poor old Rolf, must be finding life bitter.

Many questions all over the web and elsewhere re the validity of testimonies against him.

I find it objectionable that one of his 'accusers' is now saying he is being "insensitive" by appealing, "I perhaps should have expected it but it is still a shock."
The victim who cannot be named added: "It feels like such an insult and just beyond belief for him to do that."

Rolf is legally entitled to request an appeal, if the Judge finds he has good reason and grants the appeal, so be it. Justice far outweighs insulting someone. Especially when that someone hides behind anonymity whist happily (Selling??) quoting to the media

I just cant see how this can happen when nobody remembers him at the community centre, it is unlikely it would host a chart topping artist, and his hands are not even hairy!

I was reading about his appeal being turned down on Facebook.you can tell from the comments that the general public only listen to what the media tells them and would refuse to listen if they came on here to see what is being said about it.they are a bit of a vigilante mob.

Its because everybody is terrified it will look as if they are supporting child abuse. Bullied into agreeing with a farce!

You should read comments I get when I say things such as "Savile was a nasty old so and so (in my families experience) yet I cannot believe nor have seen no evidence of him sexually offending hundreds and hundreds of times." If he had, someone in the Underworld would have got him, way before the Police got involved, albeit briefly.
