And if you knew what he's been through over the past year. But he is well aware of how much worse it could have been - and has been for many people.

Came to the conclusion 20 years ago that he just isn't very bright. Doubt his experiences will make a scintilla of difference in how he views the "witch hunt"- always struck me as 'unworldy' type, very insular with almost zilch interest in anything outside his own crafted world.

Hence his sheer shock at whipping up Savile hysteria and then having the spotlight turned on him

Perhaps they don't believe anybody ever lies (unless they deny murder or rape or burglary or forgery or drug smuggling or being bent cops or phone hackers or bent journos…)

even 12 months is far too long to wait in a matter like this. At least anonymity should be mandatory for accused..if the claimant is granted it. Most unfair.
