The 12 MPs who voted against were made up of six Tories (Mr Offord, Bob Blackman, Jonathan Djanogly, Mike Freer, Nigel Mills and Robert Syms), five Democratic Unionists (Nigel Dodds, William McCrea, Ian Paisley, Jim Shannon and David Simpson) and a Liberal Democrat (Sir Alan Beith).

"However, unfortunately I cannot support this motion as it accepts recognition of the state of Israel, does not define borders of either state or address the central question of the right of return of the millions of Palestinians who have been forced to live outside Palestine."

Have noted George Gallaway appears to give these matters some thought. He appears on the surface to be one sided the other way. The more that Palestine is recognised as a state the less opportunity and support the land stealers of Israel can keep getting away with their land grab. Even a chance to return some land. Gearge says he supports one state only and I accept in an ideal world this is great. Just as Ireland been united again. Northern Ireland is really kinda of isolated. But people are not that adaptable and so as ITK says a separat state is a step in the right direction. I would have liked Salmondre Scotland to have had a whole plan for jobs, housing, social care , currency, banking for the Scottish people that would of gripped the people in changing but his whole goal was separation. Thet is so old fashion. It is nationalism and not a problem solving approach. But in Palestine nationalism is needed at this stage to give them freedom to be self determinant.
