The war has been - convincing the traditional media and establishment that there are such things as false accusers. Despite the hundreds of granted appeals, the media likes to ignore them. Likewise the police - the majority of decent police officers know just how ridiculous most claims are, from practical experience, and hate being told they must increase convictions when they are at the front end of the false allegations industry (and remember most are mistakes or misunderstandings or genuine memory failings).

I have had so many police tell me how fed up they are, being blamed for tiny conviction rates when the majority should NOT be believed. Ever.

The bent-mainstream have worked a "Will Be Believed" rich seam for 30 years.

Now change tack and work back for 30 years of "Evil False Accusers".

Quote JK, "Bent-mainstream 'Good Stories' always win, with an infantilised trusting public."

so Anna Raccoon has finally made it into mainstream media. Fascinating.

It is only right that all claims should be examined for accuracy and truth.

All those who participated in Savile charity activities did so on the understanding the money raised would go to charity. Victims have other avenues to pursue compensation.

I smell the beginnings of the Exposure of a conspiracy.

And now - the ramifications. Who provided the old Surrey Police letter heading for the forged letter? Will broadcasters be prosecuted for transmitting programmes assisting crimes? Will awards be withdrawn if programmes are discovered to have assisted and encouraged crime in order to make a better show? The West Yorkshire Police/Yewtree new investigations into the crimes of false allegations could open a can of worms.

The big P2 news is even more crucial; after the police were given an early copy of the article and the relatives saw how many other claims were fake, they put into motion legal investigation. And when these facts and specific details get examined, I reckon there will be enormous repercussions. Hopefully enabling Savile's estate to go to the deserving charities in order to save lives. Instead of to dodgy lawyers and liars.

if there are allegations of a large scale fraud..which may be just 6 to 10 out of all the claimants it has to be investigated or the police themselves become liable.

As Wise Old (enuf of the old! ) Hedda said at the beginning...it will take years for the estate to be plundered and most will go on legal fees.

## the beautiful actress Diane Cilento who first married Sean Connery and later Anthony Shaffer had still not gained settlement on Shaffer's estate when she died 10 years after he because of a dispute with Shaffer's first wife.
Now the children are continuing the dispute 13 years later.

Many of the false accusers are now worried. The police investigation is deeper than people imagine; the individual police have a lot to gain and little to lose by finding evidence that exaggeration or invention has gone on, and many "anonymous" claimants will be nervous knowing they are not anonymous to the police.

And the ENABLERS are even more nervous. Being quite clever (like troll enablers) they avoid notice but if investigation uncovers activities by them, persuading or encouraging fraud, they will be in much deeper shit. It's not a crime to urge people to go public, like Max Clifford did, but it becomes criminal if it can be proven that assistance was given (such as providing letter headings for forgery).

I was sort of expecting an apology from the people I fell out with over this. How stupid of me. All I got was a deafening silence.
I see the (not a good enough) story has quietly slipped out of view today.

Story in Mirror, Telegraph, Times and 22 others today Honey. And the "behind-the-scenes" investigation is huge.

Very interesting illustration (Tweet) of how language can be blurred Chris. 2+2 can often seem to make 5, can't they?

As it happens The Bore Of Very Little Brain is taking these latest "revelations" from one of the 'sympathiser' blogs he was calling 'silly' just last week, and trotting out the anonymous "going for a run, time for some bum" letter as 'evidence'.
Desperation is so very undignified....

just clicked on the link but if you click on his main Twitter account he seems to be desperately tweeting total rubbish about Savile.

Let's get in the popcorn and fasten your seatbelts. It's going to be a bumpy ride.

##there are real worries of 'conspiracy" here if anyone aided false claims and that includes lawyers.

Slater & Gordon seem to have been very unwise in their actions and it has been noticed by some lawyers I know. They are playing a very tricky game that could destroy their credibilty.

##S&L have launched themselves into the UK with typical Aussie brashness and it's horrified the legal 'establishment'. They will not find many allies amongst them.
