TOPIC: Simon Cowell phobia.

Simon Cowell phobia. 10 Years, 9 Months ago
Apparently, there is a woman with such a severe phobia of Simon Cowell that she screams, cries and vomits if she catches sight of him.
There is a video of her in full swing on the Sun website.

The thing is, do we ban Simon Cowell from TV to save this innocent woman from distress along with DLT who's victim doesn't seem terribly bothered?

And I gather Rolf's poor victim has had to write and publish a book to assist her therapy.

I doubt many people will buy the book, it will end in Poundland just like all shitty biographies.

I think of a great scene in Woody Allen's movie Sleeper: it shows his character, who has just been 'defrosted' far into the future, being asked to comment on a series of pictures of people from the 1970s, and he inflates or deflates their actual status hilariously. The way people talk about Cowell always reminds me of that. The ideal tea boy for Magnet Records discussed as if he is Huw Wheldon. Heartbreakingly laughable. We'll know if this infantilized culture has ever recovered when people see this jumped up little recidivist twit for what he really is.

If it's this one, is sounds as if plans were afoot the minute the verdict came in, if not before.

so very true and that art can be found on Kings Cross pavements as I tread carefully in the mornings after Brit & Irish backpackers have had another legendary night of partying.
