While ever all these countries actually have different laws you could end up with someone being arrested in one country (for something that isn't even a crime in that country) - and sent somewhere else !

I'm sure its well intentioned - but makes it far too easy to deport UK citizens on the flimsiest evidence. The USA would NEVER put up with it.

One look at the government's website confirms the UK has an extradition treaty with Barbados (and Cliff remains a UK joint citizen).

it's an odd way of getting through life when you grab bits of gossip because it re-affirms what you already think no matter that it is factually wrong.
