Aid money that could of helped UK flood victims.

nearly all foreign aid goes to British companies (or to corps where ever it comes from).

I think foreign aid should be increased but we need 'men/women on the ground" ensuring it doesn't end up in some ghastly local government creep's bank account.

....I'm more than capable of wasting my own money far better than they are....and having worked in Gondor courtesy of Uncle Sam's generous foreign aid I can personally guarantee it's a waste of our money to simply make Dave and Nick look good on the international scene...
