Sounds like at last an intelligent person is running it - for years I've suspected terrorists and others are way ahead of us in manipulating the media - especially the Internet. Yet another area Leveson SHOULD have been examining but didn't - "not on our agenda".

Perhaps there's a tendency to think that the Internet is some kind of Mickey Mouse thing that is too trivial to be taken seriously. It certainly seems to have played a role in Rolf Harris's case, with his name broadcast worldwide months before he was arrested or charged, first thing on the day the Leveson report was published.
