Leg of lamb steak marinated in basil and balsamic vinegar, pink and juicy, with roast potatoes in goose fat, baby green peas and an enormous glass of ice cold virgin Pina Colada.

Do you tend to eat alone?..or invite guests?

Usually alone but sometimes with guests - but it's often easier to go out with guests. Monica and Samson came round a few nights ago and we tried the new Thai around the corner which was quite good.

I spend lots of time in Thailand, but rarely eat the local food.We have a local Thai on our high street,'Yamas',eat in lunch for about £6,run by a friend, and you can bring your own wine without corkage!...much better than I've found in Thailand.
