It's election day in the USA and the electorate have made IRAQ the main topic (quite rare that the US electorate even notices what's happening abroad !)

Candidates, such as Charlie Crist, the Republican in Florida, have distanced themselves from George Bush. He refused to attend a rally in Florida when the President had actually come to support HIS campaign !!!

It's taken a long long time .... have the Yankers woken up at long last ?
