One of many reasons why conspiracy theorists are mad 10 Years, 7 Months ago
The Jeremy Thorpe scandal was just one of many scandals about politicians in the past century. To even suggest that murdering small boys would have been "covered up" (or that elderly DJ's rushing around raping girls could remain secret) is ludicrous. Simply didn't, couldn't, wouldn't happen.
Now people getting convinced, after media coverage, that dreadful things get ignored - that is believable.

You can bet Norman Scott and Andrew Newton are preparing to give lucrative media interviews, cursing the fact that nice Max Clifford is not currently available. Oh, those club members in that horrid secret society.
