So true, as hinted in 1948 by Brit-visionary Orwell, strategicly placed Britain post-WW2 is a U.S. airstrip.

So, we await the controlling-minds/true offenders Bush/Cheney, Blair/Campbell et al, facing justice at The Hague War Crimes Tribunal.

I'd never even heard of this before!
Surely if ever there was a case of real sexual assault/Anal Rape then this is it?

It is an example of how evil takes hold; by stealth, often by good people with the best intentions. Like the false allegations industry. Slowly but surely boundaries are crossed. Inch by inch methods break the rules. Under simplistic morality - "we must stop terrorism" - "we must punish abusers" - the road slowly, subtly bends away towards the destiny of wickedness.

"We must free those innocent people oppressed by dictators" - yes, it's right - to start with. But how, when, where?

Even "we must feed the starving". Of course we must but lazy and incompetent execution often leads to terrible repercussions.

It's awful but true that sometimes the way some noble causes are conducted leads to far worse crimes.

I still believe that Band Aid and Live Aid provoked more deaths, not fewer.
