Only if some huge changes are made to the way things like this are being handled at the moment.

He wouldn't as things stand at the moment I don't think...

The answer is no man could get a 'fair trial' in the UK if charged with historic sex offences.

Something weird happened between the acquittals of William Roache & Dave Lee Travis (1st trial) and the convictions of Max Clifford & Rolf Harris. "Beyond Reasonable Doubt" seems to mean diddly-squat to both judiciary & juries now

because the statement from the judge, he does not state "beyond reasonable doubt" anymore its been changed yo "so that you are sure" has a different sort of ring to it.

U do have some doubt, yes.
I'm not sure but i think its guilty.

No, it isn't. But once they started convicting with no evidence they couldn't very well say "beyond reasonable doubt" any more, could they?
