Read the report which seemed to be all over the show. But it does look that his behaviour was not the best some years ago and oddly for some inexplicable reason the nurses or whoever involved did not think he was "too powerful" and so reported him to the hospital authorities at the time. And then for another inexplicable reason the same authorities listened to the complaints and thirdly even warned him. If I understand all this is known and I presume recorded.
The history aspect seems to add up. But can not make out what is going on for a court case now. That is if he did not listen or if history is been replayed for compensation etc.
But it does make me think both of DLT and JS. That if there were real complaints why were there never any records like here. The one and only successful complaint on DLT never called him in to the office at the time to hear his side at all. So he never got a warning or anything at the time. So on that basis alone that particular instant should never ever been in the court.
