13 years. Were your convictions linked to the Walton Hop JK?

No; yet another inaccuracy in the media. They were a part of my SECOND trial - at which I was acquitted on all counts (oddly not covered by the media either). The Judge then ordered all other charges abandoned and sentenced me from the FIRST trial verdict to represent all charges (which allowed him to give me 7 years instead of the guide lines 2-3). I still wonder why he didn't take the second trial verdict as the one to represent all claims. I suppose innocence is less media friendly than guilt.

The Daily Mail did their best spoil JK's good name and even printed stories that JK was attacked numerous times.

They still call him Pop Paedophile etc even though he did fuck all and served his time.

I still don't think Chris Denning did all them boys maybe it was just easier to plead guilty.

Well - as "Top Of The Pops" and "Jimmy Savile" (who, correct me if I'm wrong, wasn't too keen on 'fairies' despite his 'is he/isn't he' reputation) have been brought into it again, so I am assuming everyone's favourite investment-funded disreputable law firm are writing the "victims" statements again (*see also Jimmy Tarbuck, DLT, Ray Teret etc etc repeat to fade)

The real reason Denning pleaded 'guilty' is more to do with him being destitute, in poor health and and with not even a reputation left to lose.
Noticeable he got only half the sentence of Ray Teret, but in 21st Century Britain being a 'straight male' is the Ultimate Crime.

And interesting that it didn't even make the BBC National News at 6; programmers are starting to feel the public is both bored by the topic and disgusted by the detail.

So true Chris he also just pleaded without the victims appearing in court. There be a cushy job for him working in the library and getting paid for it.
