Rumours reach me... 10 Years, 7 Months ago
That the Jimmy Savile Trust has LOST its appeal; and the charities to which he left his millions (3.4 million) won't be getting the money which will go to the LAWYERS (3.6 million, I gather) - and then to his "victims" (if there's anything left - do the sums).

I can hardly believe that judges have now set a precedent that anybody dead, if accused after demise of rape or other sex crimes, can grab the estate of the dead judge or politician or multi millionaire without any trial or conviction. And, worse, that lawyers acting for that "victim", can get paid huge fees from the estate before the "victim" gets anything.

Makes you gasp, doesn't it?

And, if the will leaves the money to charity, that money can be diverted to the hands of lawyers and false accusers instead?

And nobody cares?

Yes. It sounds ridiculous and far fetched. I can only assume that everyone has ACTUALLY been brainwashed by it all.
It is very sinister.

I suspect dishonest people (I witnessed this kind of thing in prison) will now be checking on the deaths of wealthy judges, politicians, moguls, celebrities and others and putting in official complaints that they have been raped by said deceased rich person. I'm sure Slater and Gordon would be prepared to represent them (no win; no fee) - and would fill in all the necessary documents to make sure Judge XXX's estate forks out loadsacash. Since the key Judge in my appeal was at Cambridge with me, was older than me and failed to mention our acquaintanceship in court, I could probably claim a few million from his widow. Anybody got S&G's number?

How can the trial be fair if you knew the judge?

well now the false accusers will see that they will get a big fat ZERO into the bank account they will now sue the solicitors. Solicitors 1 "victims" nil.
Karma a JK says.

Ah Honey; it was the APPEAL hearing; three Judges, the Head being John Kay who was at Cambridge with me. I didn't realise I knew him (I didn't bother to attend the appeal; knew they would reject it; system broken) until he dropped down dead a few months later and I saw his obituary. Read Volume One of my revealing autobiography or watch Vile Pervert: The Musical (free online at www.VilePervert.com).

www.legal-advice-centre.co.uk/probate-overseas.html

This whole thing has got me thinking. Two things I know for sure the UK is no safe place for probate and 2. HSBC's handling and defense of assets does not appear to be independent and in good faith at all. One would of thought it was the duty of probate people to secure the assets for the beneficiaries. Not give them away.
Website is one I found with some advice but like all things of this nature good advice and help is hard to come by.
