Maybe it would be better for meals to be provided and them to have more support? They seemed like a nice couple and it is a shame for them to be trapped in a cycle of self sabotage.
We already spend £8000 for him to have twice daily carers to wash him (why can't his fat wife do that?) because he is too fat to get into the bath.
Just how much do you want us to waste on these wasters ?
