High Treason 10 Years, 6 Months ago
basically the law is still intact :

High treason is the crime of disloyalty to the Crown. Offences constituting high treason include plotting the murder of the sovereign; committing adultery with the sovereign's consort, with the sovereign's eldest unmarried daughter, or with the wife of the heir to the throne;

levying war against the sovereign and adhering to the sovereign's enemies, giving them aid or comfort; and attempting to undermine the lawfully established line of succession.

James Hewitt springs to mind. As do all the social media conspiracy fanatics like David Icke who claim the Queen is involved in all sorts of plots to steal children etc etc.

Probably all those who are also pronouncing Andrew guilty as claimed since he is in the line of succession.

Would they ever prosecute?. These people have committed a serious crime that can result in life imprisonment.
I say yes if the climate was right and they wished to prove a point.

There was an article in a recent Sunday Times which mentioned that there had been questions about the credibility of accusers against Epstein himself. It's strange how these allegations seem to circulate around millionaires, rather than dustmen, and how, unlike ordinary sexual abuse cases, their alleged victims have no problem chatting about their trauma in the media and waiving their anonymity. "Hi, mom, it's meeeee!"

What "accusers" ?

... are there ANY doubts about his sexuality?

Virtually everything I have ever read seems to confirm he was gay.

err
yes dear. It takes 2 to commit adultery. Note the wording is adultery, not rape.

Which is why Diana had her Royal status removed.
