Huge increase in sex offences 10 Years, 6 Months ago

But looking closer it's clear there are several factors here. An increase in false allegations. An increase in grooming by police and CPS ("you will be believed"). A change in interpretation (these days "hello" is considered rape). A massive increase in trawl by media ('cos it's a great story).

Or, alternatively, we've suddenly become a nation of Vile Perverts.

Watching that video, I had a feeling I'd come across the idea of people trying to break each other's legs as a means of escape somewhere before. but might be mistaken. All the same, couldn't help but have the image of wide-eyed police officers tucked up in bed being told scary stories.
