TOPIC: Prime Minister's Question Time

Prime Minister's Question Time 10 Years, 6 Months ago
Two useless politicians screaming platitudes at each other in schoolboy debate with the Speaker saying Order Order let's behave like adults.

No wonder democracy doesn't work.

It's always funny but at the same time pathetic seeing adults trying point score with each other.

Many countries - throughout the world - do not afford opposition parties the opportunity to directly question the government (Prime Minister/President) on virtually any subject, every week.

We should be glad to see answers given - live on TV (often after supplementary questions) - instead of waiting for the long winded written versions which were previously published by an indifferent media.

It is not easy to lie - under this very public scrutiny, although some have managed it! Like democracy itself, it is not a perfect system - and better greatly by interrogation from Parliamentary Committees, comprised of experienced politicians.

All true, but I was terribly distracted by the white splodge of hair on top of Milliband's head. He looks as if he has got on the wrong side of a pigeon.
