and therein lies the fault.

perhaps she is brave, perhaps not but this very dangerous man has decided already.

If a trial takes place I cannot see how it can be fair when it's been played out in the media so sensationally.

add in the fact there is already a website with accusations of wife beating : I envisage a very very ugly court case which could go either way.

## needless to say MWT would attend such a case as is his wont....but...but..isn't it time defense lawyers took notice of JK and called in the likes of MWT to be grilled about their prejudicial tweets?..and police and so on?
