Since the media has decided that the "good story" is how awful Amazon is, I'd like to balance it out; they may well treat employees badly and avoid tax but they are both efficient and honourable; I just got a hefty refund because I pre-ordered both Mr Turner (DVD) and The Buried Giant (book) which arrived on the day of release and where prices had been lowered on both. So I have been automatically credited with a large sum. Very nice.

I always use third party sellers on Amazon never had a problem with them, if something goes wrong Amazon do refund you.

I bought loads of out of print books and deleted CDs on there.
