And Cyril Smith too; but reading this piece it becomes clear that, since nothing was proved and no prosecution took place, shoulders were shrugged. These days, however, rumours are more than enough. Aren't we all anticipating dozens of rumours (and resignations) of MPs over the next few weeks? This election may be all about erections.
