Save the DWP ? 10 Years, 4 Months ago  
IDS wants to shut down the DWP by 2020. Thousands of staff could be out of a job, no mention of a plan B and jobs are being replaced by computers.

Well, by all accounts the staff don't seem to actually "do" much. Do they?

A load of staff were let go from my local DWP before Christmas.
Nice Christmas present for them - Not!

Sanctions are there to keep figures down. UC is a way of making people homeless and government's way of creating a genocide. We all know that work is getting harder to get and my contract is over.

Round here if you don't have a car you're fucked.

Will food banks survive along with Citizens Advice ?

IT systems are now getting unreliable and all the computers only exist in films.
