Interesting tale about that Tool Of The Devil

www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2988960...2-000-followers.html

while the man was ill-mannered is it appropriate to encourage your army of followers to denounce the man and threaten his livelihood?

# it is the Mail and truth may be something else

My experience with a dear friend in Oz who was a TV personality found that when she went to confront her twitter trolls she found mainly disturbed people and ended up feeling sorry for them.

You MUST read Ronson's Shamed Hedda - it covers this very topic in great detail.

It seems a bit "ooh look at me i'm a victim, give me praise" when people re-tweet criticism.

I don't suppose the CPS or Police read "Inside Times" and are likely to respond to any of the good points you raise?

I think almost all of them do Dixie; it is read by virtually everyone in the prison and legal services. As for responding - don't hold your breath. Though I suspect, as I say in the piece, that the vast majority of police who are good and decent people agree with me 100% and are furious that their time is being wasted being forced to take absurd allegations seriously.
