In this expensive (to us) and long lasting fiasco the Mirror group are going through hell for putting various celebs and others through hell and those of us (99%) who don't give a fuck are left wondering why all the cash is being wasted instead of improving the NHS, building better schools and cleaning up the broken justice system.

PLUS we wonder, those of us who were aware that any hack worth his or her salt knew that the very word hack was an essential part of their art, how long those who did it better and, quite possibly, legally, will escape persecution.
