I have no idea - as I'm sure neither do you - whether this man is guilty or innocent but publicity in the media tends to provoke false allegations as much - if not more - than true ones. Which is a dangerous climate for miscarriages of justice.

the concept of the adversarial system is that accuser & accused are on an equal basis as they present their cases.

but they no longer are and the bizarre aspect- the "you will believe" insanity means one side does not even need proof or evidence unlike say a murder or robbery case, just some vague dates will do.
