Sunday Food Post... 18 Years, 5 Months ago

..And it was a panic one this week, as Flinty the dog is convinced as I watch and listen to the cricket highlights, that every time the name "Flintoff" is mentioned, she is required. This has resulted in a muddy trail of paw prints in the dining room.
Anyway, chinese style pot roast pork, with asparagus rice, slow cooked parsnips in gravy and mint peas.
I visited the deli counter at the temple, sorry I meant Tesco, and bought saveloys at only 17p each, which I am nibbling.
The lady asked me at the counter what was in them, and was the difference between them and franfurters?
Ideas anyone?

Well I roasted a guinea fowl for my Mum and myself, with my special bread sauce (onions, cloves, butter, milk, bread, chicken stock cube, salt, pepper) and asparagus spears in butter. Very nice it was too, we both agreed.
