Somehow, I find it very hard to imagine Tony Blair replying "No George, WE ARE NOT with you"

Perhaps he wishes he had.

No wonder Blair is leaving judgement up to God.

I notice, people tend to mention God if they've had a stroke of good fortune "thank God/heavens" or if they know they've just messed up "Oh God !"

Surely if he was confident he'd made the right decision, God would not have made this sudden appearance.

Would Blair have responded in a similar way if he was questioned on ,say, a decision to run a marathon for charity ?

Think about it .... the situation was so serious that our leader Toady had to fly to the USA for a lightning 24 visit and discuss all these serious implications of going on an (illegal) war - yet they manage to find enough time to discuss toothpaste !

Perhaps they were in the bathroom together (would explain alot) - and that's how the subject came up?

...and Im glad someone brought this up,(as I was trying to think of an excuse to write about it) on the way home last night, I stopped off for a drink, and the barmaids were all screaming, as a toad had for some reason got behind the bar.
Thank you for giving me a reason to share this information...
But I can honestly say, that I do not think the toad was involved in these matters.
