Spiced Lamb mince, using fresh coriander and leeks instead of onion, purely because I have them and sultana and ginger rice, this was preceded by a large WW2 bomb being exploded up the road, which I imagine was bigger than they first thought when they decided to blow it up, or we would have been forewarned, the middle course was of two trees being felled behind the house, which we also knew nothing about and nore did my fence.
