Lt Col Peters said that after a while the complainant fell asleep and awoke to find the defendant 'touching her all over'.

He continued: 'She told him she didn't want to do anything because he was drunk and aggressive."

Falling asleep seems an odd reaction to having a supposedly verbally abusive, let alone violent, individual in one's home.
