My personal view from what I have seen is image downloaders have an addiction for some it's like tacking crack they have to get their fix.
Mark does not use the word paedophile correctly as let's say someone who molest a prepubescent may possibly be having a sexual loving relationship when the assault took place. A paedophile is only sexually attracted to prepubescentS.

Many are attracted to under 18s in this world and I am sure mark at some point has had a twinge in the nethers knowing or unknowing that the person may be under the magic 18.
