So I cooked my Mum the special JK scrambled eggs (I've been famous for them for 40 years with all my friends; people come to my house just to eat them) with delicious thin slivers of smoked salmon, tiny button mushrooms in butter and something I've just discovered which was a big hit - salmon caviar.
It's orange as opposed to black, much bigger eggs with a far more subtle, less salty flavour.
It both looked and tasted fabulous. She said it was the best meal she'd ever had (at 91 that's quite a compliment).
