Ken has done the decent thing by resigning. He did it to save Labour. He's an intelligent man who told the truth but clumsily when he should have known how viscous Britain's right wing media can be.

Example: invited on the night on the BBC to talk about the recent local elections ( He is an expert on London councils) )the interviewer asked him about his Hitler / Zionist statements (why ?) and he responded he was misquoted (the truth)...the Twittersphere and right wing media went ape shit and claimed he was "talking again about Hitler after the Corbyn antisemitism debacle".

Ken's an intelligent man and responded intelligently..when he should have said "go fuck yourself "to the interviewer for bringing up claptrap.

The notion that Ken Livingstone or Jeremy Corbyn are racists is bizarre when they are the very opposite but such is the viciousness of Britain's media to promote this falsehood.
