As briefly reported in the press but now officially confirmed; I was found NOT GUILTY of several false allegations and the trial collapsed last month. This month the Judge has stayed any retrial and the Crown has abandoned the remaining false claims.

I've been very circumspect in even coming here as I felt quite tense over the whole matter.

Questions need to be asked, answers are needed at what appears to be a manufactured case. It seems the police have learned nothing. British citizens should be demanding an extensive inquiry into British policing in all matters.

The vast general public seems to be losing all faith in their law enforcers and for good reason.

I'm nipping out now to buy the biggest magnifying glass to read newspaper reports of the case being dropped.

On the Today Show Joshua Rosenberg said that this acquittal does not link to my conviction in 2001. Oh but it does Josh old bean. The fresh evidence that has emerged during our investigation into THIS fiasco uncovered a mountain of failed disclosure and subterfuge that would sink the Titanic. The CCRC are already considering my request to send the wrongful convictions back to the Court of Appeal.
