Indeterminate sentences 5 Years, 8 Months ago
These incredibly unfair sentences were banned years ago but victims still suffer and, as a result, abscond from jail.

If they had indeterminate sentences, what were they doing in an open prison?

Because they remain in prison, serving an indeterminate sentence....indeterminate doesnt mean life...means end not known
..

The cruelty of these sentences is that ibdividuals have to "prove" to a parole board that risk of harn has reduced...but programmes to achieve this not available....
