It`s interesting to think how much money has been made over the years out of a lack of complaining.

There is no way I make as much interest on my savings, as the interest they take from me if I go overdrawn.

It`s absolutely not customer friendly, that, I have to transfer my own wages as opposed to it being an automatic transfer,(which ,I , as a customer have to sort out myself) if I run out of funds on my personal account.

The banks have become not just a piggy bank, but an insurance company and a sales company for virtually everything.

One day,I suspect there will be a "retro" rebellion for putting cash under the matress again.

(useless on I-Tunes though, granted)

Whilst on the complaining issue, which started the thread, we have had a second, lovely e-mail offering us a free stay at any hotel in the chain(which we complained about) of our choice.

Keep mad as hell! And don`t take it anymore!
