Police misconduct, gross misconduct or Conspiracy To Pervert? 5 Years, 3 Months ago
Of course, as a Vile Pervert I'm an expert on perversion. And I reckon when police deliberately fake false allegations so they can obtain search warrants (by lying to Judges) which eventually kill people - that's Conspiracy To Pervert The Course Of Justice. Likewise when they "assist" liars (like "Nick"). It's not just believing liars to be credible and true. It's knowing full well they lie and helping them in order to get convictions (preferably high profile ones). Or compensation cash (preferably with dead perps). How often do cops "share" compensation payments? I actually have evidence of a bent cop working "on your behalf" to find the names of good compensation expert lawyers (abroad) in order to get money for liars (who they hoped would be considered "victims"). What has been going on is truly shocking. And it often works (especially if it's "a good story" - then media assist too). It is police and media being involved in criminal conspiracy.

And there's Conspiracy By Omission - such as pretending to search for a false accuser's ex girlfriend and failing to do so in months ("impossible to track her down") when my brilliant PI finds her in FIVE MINUTES and, of course, she provides vital evidence regarding dates, ages and lies - and a great deal more that would have guaranteed acquittal.

All to be born in mind by every police officer - including those examining the behaviour of serving officers; not popular with the main forces but well aware that, if they cover up or fail to investigate thoroughly, their failure could be construed as Conspiracy.

I feel sorry for those officers tasked with correcting mistakes or corruption when senior cops (like Ephgrave) say there are NEVER any bent cops and condone their staff lying under oath to judges and deliberately breaking the law (sometimes with best intentions but the ends NEVER justify the means if the means are illegal - see HHJ Taylor's ruling on my prosecution). Reading this (below) is shocking.

I know a family who were attacked, harassed, and tormented by a young gang of drug dealers/runners.
the police were useless and they started recording conversations.
One of the tapes includes the police officer advising them to pay for the culprits to be attacked, because they could do nothing.

No wonder police secretly encourage vigilantes - not caring whether their targets are really criminals.

They go to great lengths to protect their own officers from public outcrys even when they know that they have done wrong. One reason for this is because they recognise the harmful impact high levels of collective anger have not only to the officers themselves but also to their families. Yet they refuse to do the same for the accused.
