Can I stress how important this is? 6 Years, 5 Months ago
It really puts the spotlight on the False Allegations Industry - in these days when the focus continues to be on 'victims" - even by The Pope - it is easy to forget that the majority of victims are victims of false allegations and we must not be forgotten.

This sort of this has been going on for decades. The CPS gamble on exploiting human emotions to get easy convictions. The media exploit human emotions to make a profit. Both pretend to be acting in the interests of children when, in fact, today's children will be tomorrow's victims of such false allegations.
When a vulnerable child is offered rewards and told they will not get into trouble regardless of what they say, it's a clear case of conditioning. I passed my psychology exam using such a case. B F Skinner used rats in his demonstrations. Now it's people.

What a mess. Reminds me of this:
(1:20) "...I've had two people during the time when I was a police officer, one jumped off a bridge, one immediately after bail, a schoolteacher, drove down to Beachy Head and jumped off Beachy Head*. A big national enquiry resulted from it, but actually as a direct result of his arrest, led to a national schools' enquiry, we went to [circulate?] public schools and prosecuted a load of offenders..."
* The Beachy Head suicide seems to have been this teacher.

MWT seems to be saying that every suicide has a silver lining. Water off a duck's back.
Have worked out what he was saying: "…we went and searched a load of public schools and prosecuted a load of offenders…"
From the article about the teacher who jumped off Beachy Head:
"PC Mark Williams-Thomas, who arrested A… S..., described the teacher's secret collection of magazines as some of the worst examples of child pornography he had seen.
The haul removed from Mr Stark's flat at the school included videos, photographs and magazines. The magazines, he said, were particularly revolting with boys and girls as young as four and five photographed with adults."
I bet Mark was slurping his words even more than usual slavering over such a juicy find.
"The bursar said the school had been assured by the police that neither the seized videos nor the photos in any way involved anyone at the school. He said that as far as he was aware, no one at the school had knowledge of their existence."
Makes one wonder how they had come to light.
Moor Larkin has written about this and speculates that Mark might have a third suicide under his belt. It seems from the tweet at the top of the page that Mark had been bragging on Twitter about the A… S… trophy (without mentioning his suicide) and that the national schools' enquiry had homed in on music teachers. I wonder if they were a particularly rich seam because they often teach one-to-one and are therefore possibly vulnerable to false accusations. Or does musicality equal an increased tendency to abuse children?

So the question then becomes - are those who murder someone by driving them to suicide or hastening their early demise by stress accomplices or even perpetrators? There will, undoubtably, be a test case brought on this; but I worry that the CPS, who ought to be bringing it, may not want to test the justice system.
