Not only would I have insisted Nadine Labaki was given the Best Director Oscar but I'd have shown the entire 20 minute sequence in Capernaum with Zain looking after the baby to illustrate why she deserved it; heartbreaking, you'll be in tears throughout - so convincing, almost documentary, extraordinary acting by both children but incredible direction. You MUST see this film - I insist. No excuses. You will thank me.
