I'm not so sure with transgender....I took one with me to Dubai back in 2011 for business,she was petrified of the police,as the wedding tackle was still in place back then.
The person mentioned is six-four,and did not make the most beautiful of ladies....having no teeth didn't help either.....
It does come down to personal choice,as does how you view them.
