It was reported that a GoFundme account for Our beloved Para Veteran
Don McNaughton had raised
£14,000 but I can only find one
Gofundme account for a Don McNaughton (there's a lot of them)which has a goal of
£500 and which
hasn't received any donations yet.
Other reports say that there was
sudden withdrawal from the claimed £14,000 of over £10,000 donated by one man. Why? Has
that Gofundme account now disappeared because it did it's magic?
There may be a GoFundme account under other names which I can't find.
Our Milkshake Vet has gone quiet after happily talking to the media on the day.
It's been a fast evolving story with tabloid hacks like
Piers Moron jumping on board with such witty claims (and
so predictable) like
"you've already lost the fight" etc etc.
This is bizarre. It's one old man who says a milkshake was tossed at him at 7.30am in the morning.
No witnesses although someone on hand to take a lot of snaps of what is clearly a Yogurt type product that looks spilled..Yob could have been up close and shoved it at the Vet..as there is no concoction on the footpath.
Oddly in this day and age no CCTV footage!
A police report has been made..but not by Milkshake Vet..a "third party".?
## Some would say this but I couldn't possibly..if 2 people decide to set up (brilliant) PR scoop after the Farage etc Milkshake incidents by creating another incident involving an 82 year old Veteran which rings all the right bells and is a one or two day sensation which could,
could tip some wavering voters in the right direction......
### the only problem is of course..if
if ,,just speculating here..it was faked and reported to police (but it wasn't by the alleged victim) and a lot of money..£14,000..was raised it would now be verging towards fraud.
All very odd. A witness would help.
