New Foreign Minister Kouchner is the man who founded Medecins Sans Frontiers (in my opinion, one of the best, most effective and most honest charities).


Many women in key positions, likewise ethnic minorities, and socialists.

Looks like Sarkozy might be a good choice.

But he appointed the socialist only to destroy the chances of the left parties in the elections.

Blair put women and ethnics, etc. in key positions also, but this only works if they are the individuals most suited to the job.
