The Dinner Plate Brexit approach 4 Years, 6 Months ago
For all those who say "we've had one Brexit referendum; why do we need another one?" I reply that it's like a market trader with a dinner plate. "You've said you love this plate and want to buy it; now I'll tell you the price; £1500. Pay now and take it away".

Boris Johnson is very much like a market trader.

Well yes, except nobody (apart from politicians) would agree to buying the plate before finding out the full cost.

That's my point Honey; those who say NO to a second referendum HAVE agreed to buy the dinner plate without knowing the price.

And when you open the package at home you notice it has been badly "invisibly mended" underneath (Backstop) and chipped in the packing (taking the value down to 83 billion).

If Boris is a plate, I hope he ends up living in a Greek kitchen!

Seriously, he's doing his best to push this farce over the line.
I am fuming watching it all go on.

Global embarassment.
