TOPIC: Operation Future
#194315
Operation Future 4 Years, 4 Months ago
As my trial began in June 2018 my defence team, and everyone except the Judge and clerks, were sent out of the court room. We were not even allowed to know why.
Later it became clear. The police and prosecution were using Anti Terrorism legislation to try to prevent us, the Judge or anyone else finding out about Operation Future.

It was an early sign to me that HHJ Taylor was a fine and decent, fair, honest judge that she refused to allow this.
As a result she, us and the Press and Public learned about Operation Future.

Strongly condemned in the independent Operation Hydrant report, this turned out to be surveillance on me and two others (theirs only lasted days - mine was for almost six months). 24/7, two men teams, every move I made; all E-Mails read, phone calls monitored; cops eavesdropping from next door tables in restaurants.

The reason the prosecution wanted all information gathered kept from my defence and the Judge was because they had found absolutely nothing against me. No contacts with children or perverts; no porn; no suspicious behaviour; nothing.

Huge expense. And why on earth, after finding that, had the investigation continued?

This was the beginning of the prosecution case crumbling. I could see it in HHJ Taylor's face. Not so much that I was clearly not (or at best No Longer) a Vile Pervert. But that police desperately wanted this information to be withheld from us, the Judge & the Jury.

Because, I believe, it showed Bad Faith. Police were pursuing me not for any real reason but to try to repair the damage to their very dodgy image which I had constantly shone a spotlight on; not just Savile but Deepcut, Milly Dowler, Amelie Delagrange, Marsha McDonnell, Breck Bednar.
